Press Release Relating to First Quarter 2014 Financial Results Conference Call

On April 10, 2014, American Realty Capital Properties, Inc. (the “Company”) announced that it plans to issue its first quarter 2014 financial results before market open on Monday, May 5, 2014 and host its first quarter 2014 financial results conference call and webcast on that same day at 11:00 a.m. Eastern Time. The call will be conducted by Nicholas S. Schorsch, the Company’s Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, David S. Kay, the Company’s President, Lisa Beeson, the Company’s Chief Operating Officer, and Brian S. Block, the Company’s Chief Financial Officer.

A copy of the press release announcing the foregoing is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated by reference herein.
