Investor Presentation Relating to Spin-off of Multi-Tenant Power and Shopping Center Business

American Realty Capital Properties, Inc. (the “Company”) prepared an investor presentation containing information relating to the Company’s proposed spin-off of substantially all of its multi-tenant power and shopping center business.

A copy of the presentation is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K. On March 13, 2014, the Company issued a press release announcing that it plans to spin off substantially all of its multi-tenant power and shopping center business.
