On February 12, 2013, American Realty Capital Properties, Inc. (the “Company”) announced that it plans to issue its year-end and fourth quarter financial results on Thursday, February 28, 2013 and host its year-end and fourth quarter conference call and webcast on that same day at 11:00 a.m. Eastern Time. The call will be conducted by Nicholas S. Schorsch, the Company’s Chief Executive Officer, and Brian S. Block, the Company’s Chief Financial Officer.

 

A copy of the press release announcing the Company’s conference call for its year-end and fourth quarter financial results is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
