(the “Company”) announced that it plans to issue its third quarter financial results on Monday, October 29, 2012 and host its third quarter conference call and webcast on Tuesday, October 30, 2012 at 10:30 a.m. Eastern Time. The call will be conducted by Nicholas S. Schorsch, the Company’s Chief Executive Officer, and Brian S. Block, the Company’s Chief Financial Officer.
