As previously disclosed, the board of directors of American Realty Capital Properties, Inc. (the “Company”) has authorized and the Company declared an annual dividend of $0.890 per share to be paid monthly to stockholders of record at the close of business on the 8th day of each month, payable on the 15th day of such month. Accordingly, on October 15, 2012, the Company will pay a distribution of $0.07417 per share to stockholders of record at the close of business on October 8, 2012.

Announces Monthly Distribution for October 2012

 

New York, New York, September 27, 2012 — American Realty Capital Properties, Inc. (the “Company”) (NASDAQ: ARCP) announced today that, pursuant to the prior authorization of its board of directors, the Company has declared an annual dividend of $0.890 per share to be paid monthly to stockholders of record at the close of business on the 8th day of each month, payable on the 15th day of such month.
