Item 8.01. Other Events.
On May 2, 2012, American Realty Capital Properties, Inc. (the “Company”) announced that it plans to issue its first quarter financial results on Tuesday, May 8, 2012 and host its first quarter conference call and webcast on Wednesday, May 9, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time. The call will be conducted by Nicholas S. Schorsch, the Company’s Chief Executive Officer and Brian S. Block, the Company’s Chief Financial Officer.
A copy of the press release announcing the conference call for the Company’s first quarter financial results is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
