ITEM 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
Effective September 4, 2019, two of our directors have been appointed to Board Committee seats. Andrew Sycoff has been appointed to serve on our Compensation and Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee, and Shimon Rapps has been appointed to serve on our Audit Committee and will serve as its Chair and qualifies as a financial expert.
