(the “Company”) provides a cloud-based marketing automation solution and a display retargeting platform through our SharpSpring and Perfect Audience products. SharpSpring is designed to increase the rates at which businesses generate leads and convert leads to sales opportunities by improving the way businesses communicate with customers and prospects. Perfect Audience empowers marketers to create, manage, and optimize their ad campaigns across thousands of websites. Our products are marketed directly by us and through a small group of reseller partners to customers around the world.
