GAIN ON SALE OF NEW JERSEY NET OPERATING LOSSES	6. GAIN ON SALE OF NEW JERSEY NET OPERATING LOSSES The Company recognized a gain of $3,585,689 for the nine months ended June 30, 2023 in connection with the sale of certain New Jersey income tax net operating losses to a third party under the New Jersey Technology Business Tax Certificate Transfer Program.
