RELEVANT INFORMATION

Grupo Aval Acciones y Valores S.A. informs that since May 3, 2016, the company has received loans from its affiliate Banco de Bogotá S.A., for the ordinary course of its business, in a total amount of COP$98,000,000,000 (approx. U.S. $32.8 million) through several transactions entered into under market conditions, with a maturity of two years.
