RELEVANT INFORMATION

Grupo Aval Acciones y Valores S.A. informs that on December 3rd, 2014, the Company paid tranche A of the fourth issuance of ordinary bonds, in a total amount of Ps $105.499.000.000 (Approx. $46.1 million US dollars) pursuant to the maturity term of such notes.
