RELEVANT INFORMATION

Grupo Aval Acciones y Valores S.A. informs that:

1. On December 18, 2013, the company paid financial obligations in the amount of Colombian Pesos $740.954.000.000. Such payment represented 29% of the total liabilities of the company as of December 17, 2013.

2. On December 20, 2013, the company paid financial obligations in the amount of Colombian Pesos $632.464.418.303. Such payment represented 35% of the total liabilities of the company as of December 19, 2013.
