Grupo Aval Acciones y Valores S.A. informs the market that on June 13, 2011 it made a partial pre-payment in the amount of Ps 180 billion (approximately U.S. $100 million) of a loan extended by Rendifin S.A. to Grupo Aval on November 16, 2010.
