Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment  of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers. 

 

On May 23, 2024, Andrew Lapham notified the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Loop Industries, Inc. (the “Company”) that he plans to retire and not stand for re-election as director at the Company’s Annual Meeting of Stockholders to be held on June 28, 2024 (the “Annual Meeting”). Mr. Lapham will continue to serve on the Board for the remainder of his current term, which expires at the Annual Meeting.
