(b) On July 12, 2016, James J. Burke notified NGL Energy Holdings LLC (the "General Partner"), the general partner of NGL Energy Partners LP, that he intends to resign from his positions as President of NGL Water Solutions, LLC and as a member of the Board of Directors of the General Partner effective July 15, 2016. Mr. Burke's resignation letter is attached as Exhibit 99.1.
