Note 14 - Employee Benefit Plan

We sponsor a 401(k) defined contribution plan for the benefit of our employees.  The plan allows eligible employees to contribute a portion of their income to such plan subject to limitations established by law.  We may make discretionary contributions to the plan to be allocated to plan participants.  For the year ended March 31, 2012, the six months ended March 31, 2011 and September 30, 2010, and for the year ended March 31, 2010, we made contributions to the plan totaling $509,000, $247,000 and $137,000, and $227,000, respectively.
