The Registrant’s Annual Report on Form 10-K for the year ended August 31, 2016 could not be filed within the prescribed time period due to delays in the gathering of information relating to its fiscal year end financial statements, which resulted in additional time required to complete the financial statements and to prepare the Form 10-K.
