Options and warrants to purchase 1,630,999 shares of common stock were outstanding as of March 31, 2013, and options to purchase 50,000 shares of common stock were outstanding as of March 31, 2012. These options and warrants were not included in the computation of diluted earnings per share for the respective three or nine month period, due to being anti-dilutive as a result of the Company’s net loss for all periods presented.
