Excelsior Private Markets Fund II (TE), LLC (the “Fund”) was formed on September 15, 2010. As of September 30, 2011, the Fund had not yet commenced operations and the initial closing of the Fund had not yet occurred.
 
As of September 30, 2011, Steven L. Suss is the organizational member of the Fund but shall withdraw from the Fund immediately upon commencement of operations of the Fund.
