Lease rental income includes $2.5 million and $3.8 million for the three months ended September 30, 2022 and 2021, respectively, and $6.3 million and $10.8 million for the nine months ended September 30, 2022 and 2021, respectively, to recognize lease rental income on a straight-line basis. In addition, net amortization of above and below market leases included in lease rental income was $0.8 million and $0.8 million for the three months ended September 30, 2022 and 2021, respectively, and $2.5 million and $2.4 million for the nine months ended September 30, 2022 and 2021, respectively.
