Minimum rents include $18.9 million, $3.2 million and $2.4 million for the years ended December 31, 2020, 2019 and 2018, respectively, to recognize minimum rents on a straight-line basis. In addition, minimum rents include $3.9 million, $3.8 million and $3.6 million for the years ended December 31, 2020, 2019 and 2018, respectively, to recognize the amortization of above and below market leases.
