Lease rental income include $6.0 million and $5.2 million for the three months ended September 30, 2020 and 2019, respectively, and $17.3 million and $0.9 million for the nine months ended September 30, 2020 and 2019, respectively, to recognize lease rental income on a straight-line basis. In addition, net amortization of above and below market leases included in lease rental income were $0.9 million and $1.1 million for the three months ended September 30, 2020 and 2019, respectively, and $2.8 million and $2.8 million for the nine months ended September 30, 2020 and 2019, respectively.
