Minimum rents include $3.2 million, $2.4 million and $0.8 million for the years ended December 31, 2019, 2018 and 2017, respectively, to recognize minimum rents on a straight-line basis. In addition, minimum rents include $3.8 million, $3.6 million and $3.3 million for the years ended December 31, 2019, 2018 and 2017, respectively, to recognize the amortization of above and below market leases.
