Minimum rents include $0.2 million and $0.1 million for the three months ended March 31, 2017 and 2016, respectively, to recognize minimum rents on a straight-line basis. In addition, net amortization of above and below market leases included in minimum rents were $0.9 million and $0.8 million for the three months ended March 31, 2017 and 2016, respectively.
