Minimum rents include $(0.3) million and $0.9 million for the three months ended September 30, 2016 and 2015, respectively, and $(0.3) million and $2.0 million for the nine months ended September 30, 2016 and 2015, respectively, to recognize minimum rents on a straight-line basis. In addition, net amortization of above and below market leases included in minimum rents were $0.9 million and $0.7 million for the three months ended September 30, 2016 and 2015, respectively, and $2.6 million and $2.2 million for the nine months ended September 30, 2016 and 2015, respectively.
