SUBSEQUENT EVENT	SUBSEQUENT EVENTS On February 2, 2015, we closed on and issued our Series B Notes. As of February 20, 2015, $100 million of the Series B Notes was outstanding. Additionally, on February 2, 2015 and February 6, 2015, we prepaid in full, without penalty or premium, the secured mortgages encumbering The Shops at Kalakaua and Del Monte Center, respectively.
