SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	SUBSEQUENT EVENTS On April 2, 2015, we closed on and issued our Series C Notes. As of May 1, 2015, $100 million of the Series C Notes was outstanding. Additionally, on April 6, 2015, we prepaid in full, without premium or penalty, the secured mortgage encumbering The Landmark at One Market.
