RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS	RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS At ICW Plaza, we lease space to Insurance Company of the West, which is under the indirect control of Ernest Rady, our Executive Chairman of the Board. Rental revenue recognized on the leases of $0.5 million for each of the three months ended March 31, 2014 and 2013, respectively, is included in rental income. The Waikiki Beach Walk entities have a 47.7% investment in WBW CHP LLC, an entity that was formed to, among other things, construct a chilled water plant to provide air conditioning to the property and other adjacent facilities. The operating expenses of WBW CHP LLC are recovered through reimbursements from its members, and reimbursements to WBW CHP LLC of $0.3 million and $0.2 million, respectively, were made for the three months ended March 31, 2014 and 2013 and are included in rental expenses on the statement of income.
