Marketable Securities	NOTE 5. MARKETABLE SECURITIES Our portfolio of marketable securities is comprised of debt securities that are classified as trading securities. At September 30, 2011, our marketable securities consisted of investments in mortgage-backed securities issued by the Government National Mortgage Association ("GNMA securities"). We report our trading securities at fair value, based on quoted market prices (Level 1 of the fair value hierarchy—see Note 6). Gains and losses resulting from the mark-to-market of these securities are recognized as unrealized gains or losses in income. For the nine months ended September 30, 2011, unrealized losses in our statement of operations, which are included in other income (expense), were insignificant.
