Item 8.01 Other Events.

On September 17, 2018, RBB Bancorp announced that its Board of Directors declared a cash dividend of $0.09 per share of its common stock.  The dividend is payable on October 2, 2018 to shareholders of record as of September 28, 2018.  A copy of the press release announcing the dividend is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.

RBB Bancorp Declares Quarterly Cash Dividend of $0.09 Per Share

Los Angeles, CA, September 17, 2018 - RBB Bancorp (NASDAQ:RBB) and its subsidiaries, Royal Business Bank (“the Bank”) and RBB Asset Management Company (“RAM”), collectively referred to herein as “the Company”, announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.09 per share. The dividend is payable on October 2, 2018 to common shareholders of record as of September 28, 2018.
