On April 12, 2018, RBB Bancorp issued a press release announcing that it will release financial results for its first quarter ended March 31, 2018 after the markets close on Monday, April 23, 2018.

RBB Bancorp to Report First Quarter 2018 Financial Results

Los Angeles, CA, April 12, 2018 - RBB Bancorp (NASDAQ:RBB) and its subsidiaries, Royal Business Bank (“the Bank”) and RBB Asset Management Company (“RAM”), collectively referred to herein as “the Company”, today announced that it will release financial results for its first quarter ended March 31, 2018 after the markets close on Monday, April 23, 2018.

Management will hold a conference call at 10:00 a.m. Pacific Time/1:00 p.m. Eastern Time on Tuesday, April 24, 2018, to discuss the Company’s financial results.
