NOTE 14 - RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS

Loans to principal officers, directors, and their affiliates were as follows:

There were $11.4 million unfunded loan commitments outstanding to executive officers, directors and their related interests with whom they are associated at September 30, 2020 and none at December 31, 2019.

Deposits from principal officers, directors, and their affiliates at September 30, 2020 and December 31, 2019 were $53.8 million and $84.6 million, respectively.
