Item 5.07.       Submission of Matters to a Vote of Security Holders.

 

On May 3, 2024, we held our annual meeting of stockholders (the “Annual Meeting”) to consider and vote upon the following proposals: (1) the election of directors, each to hold office until the 2025 annual meeting of our stockholders and (2) the ratification of the selection of Moss Adams LLP as our independent registered public accounting firm for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2024.
