RELATED PARTY	9. RELATED PARTY A former member of our Board of Directors who served through December 31, 2022 is also a partner in a law firm that the Company engages for services to review regulatory filings and for various other legal matters. During the three and six months ended June 30, 2022, the Company incurred legal expenses of $41,019 and 81,753, respectively, with the related party law firm.
