RELATED PARTY	9. RELATED PARTY A former member of our Board of Directors who served through December 31, 2022 is also a partner in a law firm that the Company engages for services to review regulatory filings and for various other legal matters. During the three months ended March 31, 2022 the Company incurred legal expense of $40,734 with the related party law firm.
