RELATED PARTY	9. RELATED PARTY A member of our Board of Directors is also a partner in a law firm that the Company engages for services to review regulatory filings and for various other legal matters. The Company incurred legal expense of $40,734 during the three months ended March 31, 2022 with the related party law firm. During the three months ended March 31, 2021 the Company incurred legal expense of $252,836, with the related party law firm.
