On September 18, 2013, Matthew C. Wojewuczki, Executive Vice President — Global Operations of Vera Bradley, Inc. (the “Company”), resigned from his position. Mr. Wojewuczki has accepted a position as the Chief Executive Officer of Shindigz, a leading manufacturer and retailer of party supplies, favors and decorations. He will continue with the Company for a brief transition period through October 21, 2013.
