Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.

            On December 5, 2013, in a presentation by Edward H. (Ted) Murphy, our President and Chief Executive Officer, at the LD Micro Conference in Los Angeles, Mr. Murphy announced that IZEA expects to report 100% bookings growth for the fourth quarter of 2013 compared to the corresponding quarter last year. 

No additional comments were made with respect to IZEA’s projected financial or operational results for the fourth quarter of 2013 or the 2014 year.  The company does not anticipate regularly providing quarterly bookings information in advance of a quarter’s end.
