Concentration Risk, Credit Risk, Financial Instruments	As of December 31, 2014, substantially all (83%) of the Company’s cash was held by major financial institutions in the United Kingdom and the balance at certain accounts may exceed the maximum amount insured by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS) (£85,000 per account, per authorized institution as of December 31, 2010).
