On November 5, 2015, the Board of Directors of Medley Capital Corporation (the “Company”) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.30 per share for the quarter ended September 30, 2015. The dividend is payable on December 18, 2015, to stockholders of record as of November 25, 2015. A copy of the Company’s press release announcing the dividend is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.

Medley Capital Corporation Declares Dividend of $0.30 Per Share for the
Quarter Ended September 30, 2015
NEW YORK, NY (November 5, 2015) - Medley Capital Corporation (NYSE: MCC) (the "Company") today announced that its Board of Directors declared a dividend for the quarter ended September 30, 2015 of $0.30 per share, payable on December 18, 2015 to stockholders of record as of November 25, 2015.
The final determination of the tax attributes of the Company's distributions is made annually as of the end of the Company's tax year based upon its taxable income and distributions paid, in each case, for the full year. Therefore, a determination as to the tax attributes of the distributions made on a quarterly basis may not be representative of the actual tax attributes for a full year. The actual tax characteristics of distributions to stockholders will be reported to stockholders annually on a Form 1099-DIV.
The Company will host an earnings conference call and audio webcast at 10:00 a.m. (Eastern Time) on Friday, December 4, 2015.
