Item 3.01. Notice of Delisting or Failure to Satisfy a Continued Listing Rule or Standard; Transfer of Listing.
On August 16, 2018, Yangtze River Port and Logistics Limited (the “Company”) received notice from the Nasdaq Hearings Panel (the “Panel”) of the Panel’s decision to delist the Company’s shares from listing on The Nasdaq Stock Market. Suspension of trading in the shares will be effective at the open of business on August 20, 2019. The Nasdaq Stock Market will complete the delisting by filing a Form 25 Notification of Delisting with the Securities and Exchange Commission after applicable appeal periods have lapsed. The Company may request that the Nasdaq Listing and Hearing Review Council review this decision within 15 days from the date of this decision.
