As of June 30, 2023, Lin Kok Peng, the Company’s principal shareholder, had not yet acted to exercise its option to convert advances from him to shares of common stock. Accordingly, as of June 30, 2023 and December 31, 2022, the advances remain as an interest-free loan to the Company. See Note 4.
