(the “Company”) amends the Company’s reports on Form 6-K filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”) on September 20, 2022, September 22, 2022, October 3, 2022, October 21, 2022, November 4, 2022, November 14, 2022, November 16, 2022, November 18, 2022, November 28, 2022, November 29, 2022, November 30, 2022, December 5, 2022, December 7, 2022 and December 8, 2022 (each a “Form 6-K”), solely to incorporate by reference the information contained in each Form 6-K (excluding Exhibit 99.2, other than the section titled “Results of Special Meeting of Shareholders and Reverse Stock Split,” of the Form 6-K filed on November 14, 2022) into the Company’s registration statement on Form F-3 (File No. 333-266946), filed with the SEC with an effective date of August 29, 2022.
