Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.

 

On January 4, 2022, CQENS Technologies Inc. (the “Company”) received notification from the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office that the Company’s amended claims with respect to its U.S. Utility Patent Application for Heat-not-Burn Device and Method, the US National Phase, are allowable and a patent will issue 45 to 60 days following the submission by the Company of the required issuance fees due February 10, 2022.
