On April 16, 2024, IQVIA Holdings Inc. (the “Company”) held its 2024 Annual Meeting of Stockholders. As of February 20, 2024, the record date for the meeting, there were 182,013,590 shares of the Company’s common stock outstanding and entitled to vote on all matters.
