SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	NOTE 14. SUBSEQUENT EVENTS The Company evaluated subsequent events through the date that the accompanying financial statements were issued and has determined that subsequent to March 31, 2023, the Company issued 201,250 restricted stock units. Each restricted stock unit will vest for a period of seven years from the respective grant date and upon vesting will convert into one share of common stock.

The entire disclosure for significant events or transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date through the date the financial statements were issued or the date the financial statements were available to be issued. Examples include: the sale of a capital stock issue, purchase of a business, settlement of litigation, catastrophic loss, significant foreign exchange rate changes, loans to insiders or affiliates, and transactions not in the ordinary course of business.
