On November 3, 2014, Golub Capital BDC, Inc. issued a press release announcing that it updated the scheduled earnings conference call and release date of its fiscal results for the fiscal quarter and fiscal year ended September 30, 2014.

 

Golub Capital BDC, Inc. will report its financial results for the fiscal quarter and fiscal year ended September 30, 2014 on Tuesday, November 18, 2014 after the close of the financial markets.

 

Golub Capital BDC, Inc. will host an earnings conference call at 9:30 a.m. (Eastern Time) on Wednesday, November 19, 2014 to discuss the quarterly and annual financial results. A copy of this press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
