Item 1.01. Entry into a Material Definitive Agreement.
Effective October 28, 2015, Phillips Edison Grocery Center Operating Partnership I, L.P., which is the operating partnership of Phillips Edison Grocery Center REIT I, Inc., reduced the capacity of the revolving portion of its existing unsecured credit facility from $700 million to $500 million by providing a notice to the administrative agent in accordance with the terms of the credit facility. The reduction will lower the interest expense in effect for the facility while providing capacity in line with current financing needs. There were no other changes to the credit facility.
