Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangement of Certain Officers

On April 26, 2019, Luther Burbank Corporation (the "Company") eliminated the position of chief operating officer, which was held by Scott Frazee. The duties of the chief operating officer will be distributed among other senior leaders at the Company.
