TEAM MEMBER BENEFIT PLAN	TEAM MEMBER BENEFIT PLAN The Company provides a defined contribution plan (the “401(k) Plan”) for the benefit of its eligible team members and field talent. The 401(k) Plan allows participants to make contributions subject to applicable statutory limitations. The Company matches participants contributions 100% up to the first 3% and 50% of the next 2% of a team member or field talent's compensation. The Company contributed $1.1 million, $1.1 million and $0.9 million to the 401(k) Plan for Fiscal 2019, 2018 and 2017, respectively.
